My story
Experience across countries, roles and responsibilities
Born in Italy, I grew up in Belgium, where I completed secondary studies in applied sciences and began my career in sales and financial advice.
Back in Italy, I entered construction through building-materials distribution, supplier management and then site management. I later set up and ran my own construction business, coordinating teams, projects, suppliers and budgets.
Alongside this, I trained in small-business management, IT, professional training, coaching and communication. My personal experience of investing and financial markets also developed my interest in decisions and risk.
Based in Mauritius since 2021, I am developing Malossi Consulting around organisation and operational performance.

My perspective today
Throughout my career, I have wanted to understand how things work, see what could be better and find practical ways to improve them.
