My approach

Understand the work. Bring clarity. Put changes into practice.

Observe how work gets done, explore problems with the team, test changes and track their effects.

My philosophy

Balancing people and performance

A well-functioning organisation depends on several dimensions working together: people, processes and the results expected.

My approach combines organisational analysis, an understanding of people and practical solutions. Each assignment is shaped around the business’s context, culture and objectives.

An organisation that works together

  • A broad perspective

Connect human, operational and technological issues.

  • Tailored support

Start with how your business works, not a standard template.

    Seek practical, measurable improvements.

  • Ongoing support

    Help put recommendations into practice.

My method

How we work together: four stages

A structured, collaborative process that moves from understanding to action.

  1. 1

    Listening and understanding

    • Clarify objectives and constraints
    • Identify the people involved
    • Gather essential information
  2. 2

    Analysis and assessment

    • Observe existing processes
    • Test hypotheses against the facts
    • Identify and prioritise improvements
  3. 3

    Action plan

    • Define actions and responsibilities
    • Set implementation steps
    • Agree how progress will be measured
  4. 4

    Implementation and follow-up

    • Support implementation
    • Measure progress and adjust
    • Embed new working practices

A framework for continuous improvement

DMAIC: from understanding the problem to sustaining improvements

My approach draws on DMAIC, among other methods. It provides a framework for reviewing an existing process and checking the effects of changes. The tools are chosen to suit the problem and the data available.

  1. Define

Clarify the problem, scope and intended outcome.

  2. Measure

Establish a baseline using relevant data.

  3. Analyse

Investigate causes and test assumptions against the evidence.

  4. Improve

Test the selected changes with the people involved.

  5. Control

Track measures and check that improvements are sustained.

The four engagement stages describe how we work together. DMAIC is an analysis and improvement framework that can be used within that engagement, not an additional service you must buy.

Tools that support the work

Methods that serve your objectives

  • Process mapping

    See how work gets done

  • Communication & LAB Profile

    Communicate more effectively

  • Coaching

    Support managers

  • AI & automation

    Simplify tasks

  • Operational indicators

    Track progress

Tools are chosen to suit the problem and available data. Automation follows an analysis of how work gets done, not the other way round.

“The aim is not only to solve an immediate problem, but to help you build a clearer, more self-reliant organisation.”
