How I can help

Understand what’s getting in the way. Decide where to start.

A focused assessment to review how work gets done, agree priorities and develop an action plan. Implementation support can follow if needed.

“Organisations that work better. Teams that move forward.”

A clear starting point

A focused assessment. Clear priorities.

A process that holds things up, a team struggling to coordinate, unclear responsibilities: we agree what to look at before proposing changes. Interviews, observation and existing documents help build a picture of how work gets done.

What you receive

  1. A clear picture of current operations

The steps, responsibilities and issues observed, with a clear distinction between evidence and assumptions still to be tested.

  2. Priorities with a rationale

The causes worth investigating and the actions to prioritise, taking account of their value, constraints and dependencies.

  3. An agreed action plan

The selected actions, who is responsible, timelines to agree and measures for tracking progress.

We agree the scope, deliverables and working arrangements before the engagement begins. Implementation support can be agreed separately afterwards.

Let’s talk about your business

What the work looks like

What might an action plan look like?

Fictional example for illustration only — this is not a client case study or evidence of achieved results.

Illustrative situation: sales hands a customer request over to operations with information missing. The table shows how an issue can be linked to an action and a way to track progress.

In a real engagement, findings are checked and responsibilities, timelines and baselines are agreed with the team. No numerical gains are assumed.
